• Is Fantasy Doctors available where I live? Fantasy Doctors is available for real-money contests in 34 states in the US only. . We are planning to launch more states (and Canada!) in the near future, so if we’re not available in your state, make your voice heard so we know which states to prioritize.
• I canceled a withdrawal process and now my funds are gone! We hold withdrawal funds as pending for 30 minutes regardless of whether you completed the process. If you wait the 30 minutes, the funds will be returned to your account.
• Can I cancel an IPO bid? We do not allow canceling of IPO bids at this time. There are a number of reasons, but the main issue is that you may have outbid someone else. If you get outbid, the money will be returned to your account.
• I made a deposit and I don’t see it as available in my account! If you deposited via ACH, the funds can take 3-5 business days to clear. Deposits made through Paypal or Credit Card should be available within a few minutes, so check your Paypal or bank account to make sure it went through.
